SoulFest 2011 is around the corner, and this year Gordon College is a major sponsor of the four-day Christian music and worship festival held at Gunstock Mountain in Gilford, New Hampshire. The event, which takes place August 3–6, will feature over 100 bands and artists on multiple stages and in numerous smaller venues.
Because Gordon is a major sponsor of SoulFest, all Gordon faculty, staff, and students (incoming freshmen and the graduated class of 2011) can attend the festival for FREE by clicking here. Alumni and friends of the College are invited to purchase tickets at 20 percent off by clicking here and entering the discount code GORDON2011 (20 percent discounts apply to the purchase of a multi-day pass only). The deadline to register is July 25.
“SoulFest’s mission—to celebrate and advance the love of God through music—is something we support,” says Kristy Walker, director of admissions. “The admissions team is excited to connect with like-minded students, youth pastors, and parents who might want to learn more about a Gordon education.”
According to Walker, the admissions team has been planning for SoulFest since last year, and they have some exciting giveaways, competitions and events planned. Admissions counselors will be at the Gordon tent from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. for the duration of the festival to answer questions and connect with students, parents and alumni.
